He LiHE LI is an Instructor of Economics at Austin Community College. A native of the People's Republic of China, Dr. Li received an M.A. from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has held positionsat the Institute of Latin American Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing, and the University of Texas.
