Ephraim NimniDr Ephraim Nimni is Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

He was born in Argentina and has studied and worked in Israel and the U.K. His current research interests cover ethniciy and theories of nationalism, multiculturalism, theories of the state, ideology, post-structuralism and discourse analysis, Israel and Palestine, the European Union, contemporary Europe, Argentina, and international relations. He serves on the international board of the journals Nations and Nationalism (Cambridge) and Politikon (Carfax). He has been a Jean Monnet Fellow at the European University Institute, Florence, a British Academy Visiting Fellow, and a Fellow of the European Institute at the London School of Economics.
